Who said you cannot use a template, or that a good website has to be pricey? La Palma Beachfront Suites is a small resort on the beach in Georgioupoli, Chania, Crete. It needed a website that looks the way the place feels: clean, calm and beautiful. It did not need custom code, a design system or a six-month project. So we did not sell it one.

Template-based build, about 3,000 euros all in. Everything sorted and clean: beautiful images, all the text, online booking, two languages. No custom code, so the money saved goes where it actually grows the business: ads.
The imagery that sells calm: pool and palms, the Cretan sea, the beach bar, a junior suite.

What the client actually needed

A resort website has a short, honest list of jobs: show the rooms beautifully, make booking effortless, answer the practical questions, and load fast on a phone in any country. That is it. Every euro spent beyond that list is decoration.

What we built

One of the seven room pages: the superior bungalow with sea view.

The practical layer: car rental and transfers, based in Georgioupoli.

Why a template was the right call

We build custom when custom earns its money. A small resort does not need custom code; it needs the essentials executed well. A quality template, configured carefully, gives you professional design, mobile performance and years of updates for a fraction of the cost. The client paid about 3,000 euros for everything. The budget a custom build would have burned can now go into advertising, which is what actually fills rooms.

Built to last

No exotic dependencies, no fragile custom features, nothing that breaks with the next update. This site should serve La Palma for many years to come, exactly as it is: clean, fast and easy to maintain.

The product the website has to live up to: the beach in front of the suites.
